Our Process
When we come to your home we want to make sure that we place close attention to detail. Turning on the water and make sure there are no plumbing leaks. Check you AC filter, thermostat and make sure the drain lines are not clogged. We inspect at all your AC vents checking for mold and other issues. We perform a thorough check of your appliances. Check your kitchen cabinets for insects as well as all other areas of your home. We make sure all of your windows are secure checking for breakage of any seals that may need resealing. Inspect for moisture around the windows, doors, etc.
We make a detail report of all findings take pictures and send you the report with pictures if needed. We believe that communication is essential and we will make sure that you are up-to-date of the findings and condition of your home with every visit. We understand that we are your eyes and ears when you are away from your home. This is your investment and we will protect it as if it was our own home.
